Mission

Our mission is to support improvement of disease outcome by development, promotion and implementation of combined modality treatment including reduced intensity conditioning autologous and allogeneic bone marrow or peripheral blood progenitor cell transplants as part of initial therapy.

Reduced intensity conditioning transplants are transplants with cells from bone marrow, peripheral blood or cord blood, that are characterized by preparative regimens and transplant procedures which are more patient friendly and contain better quality of life during treatment than conventional myeloablative transplants.

Missie

Onze missie is het ondersteunen van verbetering van de ziekte uitkomst door ontwikkeling, promotie en implementeren van gecombineerde modaliteit behandeling inclusief dosis-gereduceerde conditionering autologe en allogene beenmerg afkomstige en perifere bloedstamcel transplantatie als deel van een initiele therapie.

Dosis gereduceerde conditionering transplantaties zijn transplantaties met cellen van beenmerg, perifere bloed of navelstrengbloed, die gekarakteriseerd worden door voorbereidende behandeling en transplantatie procedures die meer patient vriendelijk zijn en gepaard gaan met betere kwaliteit van leven tijdens behandeling dan conventionele myeloablatieve transplantaties.
