Marlies Van Hoef founded Transplant Creations in 2000.
She has over 20 years experience in the therapeutic areas oncology, hematology and hematopoietic cell transplantation. 
She obtained board certification in internal medicine, oncology and hematology and focused on clinical research in oncology, hematology and hematopoietic cell transplantation.
Subsequently she assumed positions in the biopharmaceutical and biotech industry focusing on product development in oncology, hematology and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, and worked as consultant to industry.
She has international experience in academia and industry.  
She holds an MD and PhD from Utrecht University in the
Netherlands and an MBA from
the Californian Coast University.
